GuestsThe “Pelican’s Perch” is a beautiful home in Dory Pointe, just a short walk to everything Pacific City has to offer! Come relax and enjoy the coast with easy access to the beach at Cape Kiwanda, the brewery and town. The home is spacious and restful, with quality amenities including a gas fireplace and a private patio space that backs up to a greenbelt of forest. There is enough room for all with 3 large bedrooms and additional loft room with a TV and futon so the kids have their own space too!

A beautiful backyard looking out to the shorepine trees featuring a firepit for a perfect end to the day at the beach! Or cozy up in the family room next to the gas fireplace and custom wood mantel. Tasteful beach décor throughout the house gives you the coastal feel with all the amenities. Newer construction with wood floors, stainless steel appliances, open concept with plenty of seating, your favorite games & puzzles, movie collection with all genres, garage entertainment with full size ping pong table, pop-a-shot, beach toys, boogie boards, horseshoes, and adult/kids bikes to cruise the town.
The master suite offers a place to relax and enjoy in the brand new, memory foam king bed. Views of the shorepine trees and listen to the ocean. Flat screen tv with cable, on-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom offers a king bed with flat screen tv/dvd. The third bedroom has a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds, peaks of Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda with tv/dvd and foosball table for entertainment.
Layout– 2 level home with room for all! First level has open concept living room with hideabed couch, 50” flat screen tv/cable/dvd, dining room with sliding door to patio and backyard, garage access, spacious kitchen and 1/2 bath.
Second level has landing/den with double futon and full bath with tv/dvd and movie library, master bedroom with king bed and full bath with flat screen tv/cable and walk in closet, backing to greenspace. Second bedroom equipped with king bed and tv/dvd player. Third bedroom with queen bed and twin/twin bunks and tv/dvd player.
The open concept kitchen offers quality amenities with stainless steel appliances and accessories including coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, mixer, waffle iron, griddle, fondue pot, and cookbooks; anything you’ll need for your gathering. Patio access with gas BBQ, seating for 10+, Adirondack lounge chairs and firepit with a peaceful and private greenbelt view.

Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids or playing with the dog. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR’s.
