Nicole Twigg has been at the helm of Pacific City property management for over 15 years. She is passionate about sustainable tourism and is dedicated to earning the best income for homeowners while maintaining their properties in excellent condition. She expresses her approach as;

There are several large, national competitors in Pacific City that are managing vacation homes, so our goal is to match their marketing and income strategies while excelling at personalized service that only a local company can provide. Although we have a fantastic team here at KCP, all owners have my personal cell number and can contact me anytime.

I believe that community involvement in our industry helps to bridge the gap between 2nd homeowners and locals while helping to foster sustainable tourism. I am an active member/volunteer on several community organizations including the Tillamook County Short-Term Rental committee, helping to guide practical regulations. Also, I have worked with the Solid Waste Department to make recycling available to our renters and owners even though it is not available anywhere else in the area. We also just began working with our local food pantry to distribute overflow items from tourists to local families.”

I own one of the many oceanfront homes in Pacific city.  This home has been in my family for years, and is very valuable.  We have had a few short term, rental companies in the past.  Our family decided  to make the switch to KCP a couple years ago.  The difference has been amazing. Owning a home on the Oregon coast can be very challenging.  They always make sure that the inside of the house looks great and is well stocked and organized.  The housekeeping staff truly does a wonderful job. It takes far more effort to maintain an oceanfront home.  They are up to the task for sure!  More importantly, the concern for my home being directly on the water is amazing.  With the crazy weather at the Oregon coast, I can always feel confident they are checking each and every property for potential damage or maintenance issues.  They even take the time to call us and let us know and although the weather is crazy, they have checked on our home and everything is fine.
