“The Gull’s Nest” is a beautifully designed and decorated newer free-standing home with one of the BEST LOCATIONS in Shorepine Village just steps to the beach access and bordering the beach dune. This home has upgraded amenities, comfy beds and linens, wifi, cable TV, gas fireplace. It is adjacent to the fun, private trail system that runs throughout the village and is very close to Cape Kiwanda and all of the shopping, dining and recreation. This home has amazing decor and beautiful art throughout and has been well stocked for the vacationer with BBQ, books, toys, games & bikes. Your dog is welcome too and there is a back deck with access to the walking path, and a fenced side yard for privacy.
Layout–2 level home. First level entry has patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, & 1/2 bath. Garage leads to mudroom with laundry. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen bedand full bath, bedroom with queen bed, and another bedroom with queen bed. Full hall bath.
Shorepine Village is conveniently located close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Two miles of paved walking paths that interweave through the Village of small grass covered dunes, pine thickets and seasonal wetlands. Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment..Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
In order to ease the stress of the reality of 2020, we have relaxed our cancellation policy. Bookings in June can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours of arrival. After that you may cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Our hope is that if someone in your group is not well, you will postpone your trip. Also, we want to be sensitive to everyone who’s financial situation might change.
