The “Lazy Pelican” beach house is large, family sized home very near the beach at Cape Kiwanda. There are 3 large bedrooms and additional relaxing space throughout. The house is easy walking distance to the beach for surfing, Pelican Pub, pizza place, shops and more. The upstairs living room is comfortable for all and there is a great front deck too. This house is fun, open, and provides the perfect home-base for everything fun in Pacific City. While it is a simple home, it’s comfortable, clean and well equipped for your family time at the beach. This home has recently added a brand new remodeled kitchen in Spring 2021.
Layout-Main level entry has covered front porch, living area, TV, couch, kitchen, dining table & laundry area. Bedroom with queen bed. Bedroom with queen bed. Full bath.
Upstairs has large living room with twin bed, queen hideabed and couch. Bedroom with queen bed & twin bed. Full bath.
Madrona Dr. is located in the Cape Kiwanda area of Pacific City. The street is bordered to the South by the paved walking paths of Shorepine Village, and is just a short walk to Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, and the rest of the dining and shopping opportunities at Cape Kiwanda. This home backs up to Cape Kiwanda Dr.
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Relaxed Cancellation Policy: For bookings completed through March 2021, no cancellation penalty up until 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, you would forfeit your deposit. (3rd party booking fees may also apply). For stays beginning April 2021 and beyond: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within: 30 days of arrival for all other months. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
