Welcome to the “Madrona Cabin!” This is a very welcoming beach cabin that is just perfect for your next trip to Pacific City. The living room has a fun open-beamed ceiling and cozy couches in front of the classic wood stove. There are 3 separate sleeping areas including the open loft room. There is a front mud-room storage area that has outdoor chairs and room to store your surfboards. Out back is a fun fire pit. This house is just a short walk to the best surf spot, Cape Kiwanda & the Pelican Pub.
Layout–Main level entry to storage room. Living room with wood stove, kitchen, dining area, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed, full bath. Upstairs has open loft area and bedroom with Queen Bed. (downstairs beds brand new 4/2019!)
Madrona Dr. is located in the Cape Kiwanda area of Pacific City. Newer and older homes alike front the low bank sandy beach. This home is bordered to the North by the paved walking paths of Shorepine Village, and is just a short walk to Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, and the rest of the dining and shopping opportunities at Cape Kiwanda.
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval.
