The “North Woodworks” beach house is large, family sized home very near the beach at Cape Kiwanda. There are 3 large bedrooms and additional relaxing space throughout. The house is easy walking distance to the beach for surfing, Pelican Pub, pizza place, shops and more. The upstairs living room is comfortable for all and there is a great front deck too. This house is decorated throughout with artisan custom woodwork creations including the floors, doors & furniture.
Layout-Main level entry has covered front porch, living area with twin bed, TV, couch, kitchen, dining table & laundry area. Bedroom with queen bed. Bedroom with queen bed. Full bath.
Upstairs has large living room with twin bed and couch. Bedroom with 2 queen beds. Full bath.
Madrona Dr. is located in the Cape Kiwanda are of Pacific City. Newer and older homes alike front the low bank sandy beach. This home is bordered to the North by the paved walking paths of Shorepine Village, and is just a short walk to Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, and the rest of the dining and shopping opportunities at Cape Kiwanda. This home faces Cape Kiwanda Dr.
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval.
