Welcome to the “Sea Jay”! This home is a perfect beach retreat with cozy, upgraded amenities, a fully fenced back patio and a hot tub! There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home has everything you’ll need in a beach house! Some beach cruiser bikes, a cozy gas fireplace & comfy furnishings. The property borders forest land with a trail system, and it’s just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops at Cape Kiwanda.
Layout: 2 level home. First level entry has garage with bikes, back patio with hot tub and BBQ, livingroom with gas fireplace, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath.
Upstairs has master bedroom with king bed and full bath, hall bath, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed.
This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
This home is near several other Kiwanda Coastal Properties homes in the Dory Pointe neighborhood of Pacific City.
Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids or playing with the dog. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR’s.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Relaxed Cancellation Policy: For bookings completed through March 2021, no cancellation penalty up until 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, you would forfeit your deposit. (3rd party booking fees may also apply). For stays beginning April 2021 and beyond: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within: 30 days of arrival for all other months. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
